If you came to my pages from a ring on Webring or one of its competitors, and entered on this site (ie. any page whose url begins with "josephdunphy.scriptmania.com"), just click on the name of the page you came in on, and you'll get to where you need to be to return to your ring.

  1. Party of One / Local Blog and Reviews (Located on Yelp, Typepad and mirrored on Posterous, with the homepage for the blog located on this site)

  2. Chicago Parks and Gardens
  3. Handmade Soap Group on Flickr
  4. Yelp Group on Flickr
  5. The Signs of Spring on Flickr

If you entered through one of my other sites, maybe even somewhere not on Scriptmania.com or Freeservers, no problem. I've set up something I call a global ring return page which should be able to get you back to your ring. In fact, I've set up multiple copies of that, just to be safe - here's another one, and yet another one still, to keep the first two company. You wouldn't want them to get lonely, would you?

This is part of something I call "better than total webring navigability", that grew out of the recognition that the creation of the cloud had made the notion of a "website" a fuzzier one than it used to be. If you'd like to read more about that, you can do so on this page. The link opens in a new window.

As promised ... the homepage for Party of One is mirrored in two places that I know of, and you can use either to return to your ring. I see no point to doing that, as the same ring code is present in any copy of this site, but if for some reason I feel the need to shift a ring membership from one mirror to the next, I'm going to need to be able to do so without raising any questions about navigability, so I'll toss in those links. Would you rather return to your ring via Webring Webspace or Goodluckwith.us / 1FreeHosting, instead of going back through this site?
